I'm Martinez Livingston, the owner of iTrip Charlotte.

I got into property management through personal investing. I saw a gap in the market; owners were to often forced to choose between poor communication, mediocre performance, or managers who didn't truly understand what it means to think like an investor.

I also saw too many owners with second homes or short-term rentals who didn't have a real local partner they could rely on. Some managers felt the property didn't produce enough. Others only wanted homes in certain zip codes. I never believed good management should be reserved for a certain type of property or owner.

So I built something different, an investor-friendly management company that helps owners from beginning to end. Not just managing a home after the fact, but helping with strategy, setup, design, and long-term performance. Over time, that vision became bigger than management. It became helping people create income-producing real estate with the right systems and support behind it.

Hospitality and care matter to us just as much as performance. This business should feel personal, not transactional.
